Sending a correction
Tell us the page, the sentence or figure you think is wrong, and link to the source that shows the correct information, ideally an official one such as a regulator, a manufacturer or a government agency. We check every correction, and if we change the page we update its date.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal insurance, legal, financial or mechanical advice, review your policy or loan documents, or diagnose a fault on your car. For those, please contact a licensed agent or broker, a lender, a lawyer or a qualified mechanic. If your car has a safety problem, stop driving it and have it inspected.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections that need checking against official sources can take a little longer.
